Our story

It started with one car
and one bad set of tail lights.

Six years later we are still doing the same thing: sorting out the parts nobody else will sort out, and answering the questions nobody else will answer.

Who we are

The shop we couldn't find

It started with a 2016 Golf R and a set of Euro tail lights sold as plug and play. They were not. One pin sat in the wrong position, the harness in the box did not match the car, and nothing behaved properly until the car was coded. The seller could not answer a single question about any of it.

What bothers us about this industry is not the parts. It is the attitude. Sellers who never reply, who do not stand behind what they shipped, who treat a fair question as an inconvenience. So we went the other way and learned the platforms properly: wiring diagrams, pinouts, coding channels, which adapter harness works and which one ends up in a drawer. We can tell you which pin moves and what has to be coded afterwards, because we have done it on our own cars first.

We are still doing that. The Gen 2 Tiguan had no clean path to Euro tail lights here, so we worked out the harness and the coding ourselves and released it as a proper four-piece kit with a startup animation and dynamic signals. Finding the thing nobody has solved yet is the part of this we enjoy most.

The guides on this site are free and stay free, including for people who bought elsewhere and were left with a box and no answers. Send a wiring question at 11pm and you will get a real one back. Our Instagram is 480+ customer builds because that is where this really lives, in cars people drive every day.

How we work

What we stand for

01

Fitment is checked, not assumed

Before anything ships we confirm the part against your year, model, and trim, and we tell you upfront what the install really involves. Pin changes, coding, adapter harnesses. Nothing you find out for the first time in your driveway at 9pm.

02

We answer, and we answer straight

Every message gets a reply, including the ones that will not end in a sale and the ones from people who bought their parts elsewhere. And if a part is wrong for your build, we say so and lose the order. Being ignored by a parts seller is the reason this shop exists.

03

Built to your spec, not to a stock SKU

ECA Forged wheels are made to your offset, finish, and spoke count. Interior work is cut and wrapped for your car. Nothing gets compromised to fit what happens to already be sitting in a catalogue.

04

Still here after the install

Every part we build in-house carries a one-year warranty, and the guides on this site stay free for anyone doing the work themselves. If something is not right once it is on the car, you reach the same people who packed the box.

Tell us what you're driving.

Send your year, model, and trim. We'll tell you what fits, what it costs, and what the install actually involves.
