Agreement to terms
By accessing eurocustomautos.com or placing an order with EuroCustomAutos ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. We make every effort to display accurate product information and photography, but minor variations in colour or finish may occur between screen and physical product.
Product availability is subject to change. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you promptly to arrange a substitute, backorder, or refund.
Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
- For custom or made-to-order items, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.
- All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
Fitment responsibility
We verify part fitment against the vehicle information you provide. It is your responsibility to supply accurate vehicle details (year, make, model, trim, and any relevant modifications) at the time of ordering. EuroCustomAutos is not liable for fitment errors caused by incorrect or incomplete vehicle information provided by the buyer. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering — we're happy to confirm compatibility.
Shipping
Please see our Shipping Info page for full details on carriers, delivery timelines, and rates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover of the item to the carrier. For US orders, you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
Returns and refunds
Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable except in cases of defect or our error.
Bespoke and custom work
Bespoke services (Alcantara wrapping, custom trim, coding, lighting) are quoted individually and governed by a separate work order or quote document provided at the time of engagement. All bespoke work requires a non-refundable deposit. Work will not commence until the deposit is received and the scope is agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and the ECA Forged™ brand — is the property of EuroCustomAutos and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission. ECA Forged™ is a trademark of EuroCustomAutos.
User conduct
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit false or fraudulent orders or inquiries.
- Harvest or scrape data from the site by automated means.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers.
- Violate any applicable Canadian, provincial, or local law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EuroCustomAutos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian law.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products are sold as described and carry any manufacturer warranties stated in the product listing. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond the stated application.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at eurocustomautos@gmail.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
